We offer three levels of service
If you understand everything you need to know about macros and are looking for someone else to put your meal plans together, this is the option for you! Meal plans created by Registered Dietitians and delivered right to your email inbox. Nutrition app access to swap any foods that you would like to swap.
If you are looking for nutritional guidance and accountability while you tackle your goals, this option is for you! We will spend some time getting to know each other and choose the best nutritional option for you. App access gives you the optional to create your own meal plans, as well as track your progress. You will check-in with us via the app every week and together we will make adjustments to keep you moving forward.
If you have serious goals, and you are ready to reach them as easily as possible, then this plan is right for you. Platinum level includes everything you would receive at the Gold level, but also includes meal plans that are created for you, and bi-weekly video calls to keep you motivated and moving forward.
