Semi-Private Training is a great for those that want instruction, but may be reluctant to do 1 on 1 personal training for a number of reasons. Maybe it’s cost, maybe you enjoy working out with others…whatever the reason, Semi-Private Training provides you with professional instruction, customized to you and your group, at very reasonable prices!
Here’s how it works:
- You identify 1 or 2 friends that have similar goals (3 total in the group is max)
- Your group meets with one of our coaches for a free 60 minutes introductory session to assess the group (fitness history, goals, limitations)
- The group agrees on a plan and a schedule, and off you go!
Your coach will take it from there, creating programming that will get you to your goals!
